History
The Walenburg made two return trips for the VOC chamber Rotterdam. She made her third voyage for the VOC chamber Amsterdam, starting on December 29, 1769.
Mainly loaded with masts, the Walenburg' ran aground and sank near Portsal (Brittany, France) during the night of January 12 to 13, 1770.
Some of the wreckage and cargo washed up on shore. All 196 people on board died.
