History
Loosdrecht was built by the VOC in Amsterdam, and made two successful voyages to the Dutch holdings in Asia and back to the Netherlands. Loosdrecht departed on her third outbound voyage in 1736, and on 19 February ran ashore on the Goodwin Sands, a sandbar on the coast of England, and was lost.
