History
CHRISTOFOROS was a Greek steel hulled cargo steamer owned from 1920 by Industrial Enterprises Co., Piraeus, Greece. On the 2nd January 1921 when on route in ballast from Sulina for Corfu to load olive oil, CHRISTOFORUS foundered in heavy weather, off Cape Papas (west of Patras). Previously called KOLLUND 1889-1899, ALIDE 1899-1911, CHRISTOFOROS 1911-1921.
