History
The Bonte Koe was a ship in the service of the Dutch West India Company (WIC) and it is mentioned several times in the 17th-century standard work on the WIC, Historie ofte Iaerlijck Verhael by J. de Laet. The last reference is that the ship took a small ship as a prize together with the Swol in 1635 near the Canary Islands.It is not clear what became of the ship after that.
